Korean Through K-Drama

Korean American Center is offering a special three week “Learn Korean Through K-Drama” class during the month of June. This Korean class is designed to expand your Korean language skills through dramas in a fun and entertaining way. Classes will begin June 7, 2018 from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM in Irvine. SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS (ability to read is required).
K-Dramas is the one of the biggest trends in the world that connects people to the Korean culture and lifestyle.
If you LOVE Korean Dramas, then you will LOVE this Korean language class!
Watching Korean dramas are a great way to learn the Korean language and culture. In class, we will watch segments of popular Korean dramas, learn to recite a few lines from various scenes, and learn new grammar and vocabulary. Students must be willing to perform a brief skit in front of a small audience at the end of the three weeks. Please note: All material will be in Korean, there will be no Romanization. This class will NOT teach Hangul (Korean Alphabet). You must already know Hangul in order to take this class.

When Are Classes?
Classes will run every Thursdays from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM for three weeks.

How Much?
The entire 3 week session is $59. plus a $5 material fee. All proceeds for this program go to support the Korean American Center. Registration is limited, so register today.
TERMS (Please read before registering):
- Registration is not complete until payment is received.
- Fees are non-refundable (except in the case of class cancellation by KAC). Please do not register if you are unsure.
- Fees are non-transferable to another semester. No Credits will be given for missed classes. Since we are a volunteer run organization, we do not have the administrative capacity to handle these requests.
- This class is intended for those who already know Hangul, if you do not know Hangul, please do not register for this class. We would love to have you attend our Korean Fundamentals Class in January. ♥
