🇰🇷🍽️ Discover the tastes, techniques, and traditions of Korea in this three-week hands-on cooking series. Each class offers guided, step-by-step instruction and the chance to cook alongside our instructors. You’ll leave with not only delicious food but also take-home recipes so you can recreate each dish in your own kitchen.

Week 1: Songpyeon & Yakbap

📅 Tuesday, October 28, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Learn to prepare Songpyeon (송편), half-moon shaped rice cakes filled with sweet sesame or red bean paste, traditionally made for Chuseok. Pair it with Yakbap (약밥), sweet glutinous rice with jujubes, chestnuts, pine nuts, and honey. This session highlights Korean celebration foods and their cultural meaning.

Week 2: Japchae & Kimbap

📅 Tuesday, November 4, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Cook Korea’s most popular crowd-pleasers! You’ll stir-fry Japchae (잡채)—glass noodles with colorful vegetables and beef, then learn how to roll your own Kimbap (김밥), Korea’s seaweed rice rolls filled with egg, carrots, spinach, and pickled radish.

Week 3: Gujeolpan & Bibimbap

📅 Tuesday, November 11, 2025 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Discover two of Korea’s most beautiful dishes. Gujeolpan (구절판), the “platter of nine delicacies,” offers an elegant arrangement of meats and vegetables wrapped in thin pancakes. Then build a colorful Bibimbap (비빔밥), a rice bowl topped with assorted vegetables, seasoned beef, and a fried egg, all mixed with spicy-sweet gochujang.

✨ Each class combines hands-on learning with cultural storytelling, giving you the skills, history, and recipes to bring Korea’s flavors into your everyday meals.
