Have you watched Netflix’s hit animated film KPop Demon Hunters? Did you know that the beloved tiger and magpie characters were inspired by Hojakdo (호작도), a traditional Korean folk painting that has been cherished in Korea for centuries?

Join the Korean American Center for a special two-session Korean Minhwa Workshop and discover the beauty, symbolism, and storytelling of Hojakdo, the iconic Korean folk painting featuring a playful tiger and magpie.
