Which class to register for?

Perfect for children with no prior experience with Korean, this class introduces Hangul (the Korean alphabet), basic greetings, numbers, family terms, colors, and simple classroom phrases. Through songs, games, and interactive storytelling, students develop early listening and speaking skills while gaining familiarity with Korean culture.

Perfect for learners who already know Hangul and can understand simple words and phrases. This level introduces more vocabulary, sentence-building, and conversation around everyday themes like food, feelings, and family. Kids begin expressing themselves in full sentences and asking/answering simple questions.

They can read Korean words and sentences, although not yet fluently. They can improve their reading and conversation skills more at this level. They may be able to exchange greetings, give their identity, and name a number of familiar objects from their immediate environment. However, they are unable to perform functions or handle topics pertaining to the Intermediate level, and cannot therefore participate in a true conversational exchange.

Please select this session if your child is a continuing student of KAC.  Students strengthen their speaking and listening skills, begin reading short texts, and write complete sentences. Grammar concepts are introduced in a gentle, age-appropriate way.
